A comprehensive synthesis of the land's geology is foundational to all engagements. 

This includes: 

• Mapping the land's geology, both on the scale of the property itself, as well as in the context of broader regional geology, detailing both geologic history and future considerations.

   

• Examining the land's lithology, stratigraphy, soil characteristics, micro-climate, and erosional patterns. 

   

• Analysis of potential natural hazards (e.g. earthquakes, volcanic activity, landslides and subsidence, flooding, desertification), on a range of scales, with detailed recommendations as needed. 

   

• Long-term strategic considerations based on micro-local to regional patterns and predicted trends impacting the land (i.e. water, climate, population changes).

   

• "Due diligence" on your land history and rights can be additionally completed as requested. 

   

Analysis of the land's water is also foundational to all engagements. If the rocks create the body of the land, water is the lifeblood.

• All engagements receive maps and a summary of the land's water systerms, as well as regional watersheds feeding the land, including both surface and sub-surface channels with analyses of regional trends and seasonal patterns.

   

• More detailed testing and analyses are also available for water sources, pathways, and health.

   

• We also offer dowsing services for refining the understanding of water systems within the land and offer recommendations for maximizing available water in regenerative systems (see Layers 3 and 4).

The third foundational service we offer to all engagements is an energetic and spiritual reading of your land, including the health and needs of its living ecosystems, with customized recommendations for mutual thriving. This layer can be deepened as desired. 

• Using indigenous technologies and traditional dowsing techniques, comprehensive additional layers can be revealed of a land's character, including aquifer channels, contamination extent and history, and land "acupuncture" pathways. The land also holds memory of those who have walked before, some of whom left more impact than others, which this layer can shed light on.
